This is a neat.piece that I wish I knew more about. it was my grandmother's watch. I can tell it is from the 40s Era by the design, but it is hard to make out the words. Its.silver with Diamonds. Offers and guidance on this brand accepted.

@karatplumb if you zoom in real closely on the 2nd picture you can see it says Facile. That's all there is.
