Includes unmasked Oliver Queen as the Arrow, Captain Cold, and the Canary (original Sara Lance version) as a set. None have boxes. Oliver has a 360 degree rotating head. There is discoloration/scuffs on the side of his head, left eye, and left armpit. Captain Cold has a black scuff on the back of his head.
