Arrow Brand Vintage Pepper Dispenser

Selling a used Arrow Brand Vintage Pepper Dispenser in fair condition there is rust on the container but it hasn't eaten thru the tin and the graphics are faded no dents as shown in pics. The bottom of the container is stamped April 1976 so its about 48 years old & Container is 3.5" tall by 3" wide.
