Arpege necklace gothic type letter “A” with tiny diamonds

Arpege necklace gothic type letter “A” rose gold with tiny diamonds. Very small diamond built into side of chain. Added “M” rose gold charm to necklace, also gothic font with tiny diamond. Certified with certificates for both letters. Bought in Tokyo, Japan on 8/15/2009. Gently used, never been properly cleaned. The letter M can slide off the necklace, the letter A cannot be removed.
