Arnhem split mandala maxi skirt double slit peony

Gorgeous skirt with double slits. Vintage. Has no tags so unsure of material. Size is small (but no tags). Had an elastic waist back though. Measurements shown are u stretched. Length is 35” zipper and hook closure. Waist to slit is 13.5”
