Army Military Windbreaker - Size S (Read Description)

Army issued windbreaker/raincoat. It’s reflective Tag says Large but fits more like a Small It doesn’t zip all the way down, but it zips all the way up. It gets hung about 3 inches from the bottom so it can’t be worn unzipped unless fixed 29 inches - pit to pit 24 inches - long
