Slight peeling from rubbing against clothes in closet (where it has been stored since purchase), easily fixable, Gorgeous gold buttons with details, blue polka dot 100 % polyester lining inside. thekimmist @manicrenn Hi. Laying flat while buttoned the bust measurements straight across from armpit is 16.5 inches. The waist is 15.5 inches

thekimmist @ancabb Hi! Sorry about that delay! I was out of town just got back today. Laying flat from the inside seam underneath the under arm to the other inside seam underneath the other under arm (if that makes sense) it’s 18” (but definitely has room to stretch) and the smallest part of the waist on the jacket laying flat is 16.5”.

thekimmist @ancabb it has 5% spandex in the material so know that it can definitely stretch if you need to stretch or not.
