Army Corps of Engineers Recessed Emblem, 2" Display Plaque Sticker Emblem

Note: WAS equipped with a 3M adhesive backing, but was displayed by sticking to a black display board. You may need to apply new adhesive. We placed it stuck to a plastic sandwich bag which allows for easy removal. Just not sure if it has enough of its glue to stick to another item.
