Army Cadet Halloween Costume

New Army cadet halloween costume, size M. I tried it on, but it was too small so I never wore it. Halloween costumes in general run small so please see pictures for additional measurements. Costume includes the minidress, hat, and wrist cuffs. Costume has been stored in original bag so might be a little wrinkly and need some time out of the bag prior to wearing. Costume is thin and there is a small tear in the fabric on the back. This could be easily fixed with a safety pin or basic sewing kit.
