Hi, I apologize, what's "boutique" sizing? Does that means it runs small - if so, can you provide measurements -- at the back of buttoned jacket, shoulder-to-shoulder, & also length from center seam where collar meets body of jacket to bottom of jacket. & any other piece of information which would contribute to its 'boutique-ness' Thx
