Off the shoulder mini dress with button detail. 》can be worn as a long shirt or a mini dress with/without stockings and boots 》top to bottom: 26" 》sleeve length: 28" with ruching 》hip to hip: 15" with a lot of stretch **for reference, I am a size MEDIUM with big hips. This dress is a size SMALL. It's still very comfortable on me but as a dress too small for me.. It would fit much better on someone who is a small in dresses!
