Arlo Go U.S. Cellular cameras new and used

I have two Arlo Go cameras, one brand new, only opened to charge and try to connect, the other one is used. I purchased these not realizing they ONLY work with U.S. Cellular, who unfortunately doesn't cover my area. I called ATT my cell provider, and they could not set up these cameras on my plan. I bought them like this, realized my mistake, now just trying to sell them for what I paid for them.
