Flowy, cute & comfy dress from Ark & Co. A great day-to-night piece! Ties at waist for a flattering, personalized fit. I’m 5’3” and it hits right at the knees. In excellent condition. Love this dress but don’t reach for it enough—hoping it can live a second life in a new home! :)
