Ark & Co. dress size small

Ark & Co. dress size small with bell sleeves. Can be worn as a tunic with leggings also! Total length is 31" long. Upper arms on sleeve is a bit narrow so if you have muscular arms, this may not be your best choice. Lining & dress both polyester
