Ark & Co Navy short dress

Navy short dress, with tiered ruffle details. Button closure at neck on backside and side zipper. There is a snag in fabric near zipper (as pictured) but not noticeable. Size small (fits like a 2 or 4 - depending on how tight/loose you prefer)
