Ark & Co. Boutique High Waisted Cotillion Shorts

These are a reposh, sadly! I bought them with tags but took them off. Never worn though! I bought these for a vacation and they ended up being smaller than I thought and just a little too tight (they don't have any stretch). I wish they weren't because they are absolutely adorable! As you can see form the last pic, they make the perfect outfit! Measurements laying flat: 12.5" waist 2.5" inseam 11" rise Ⓜ️
