This is a Arizona Jean Co. Crop Top and Skirt all in one piece. It is a size Large. It is 100% Rayon. The top part ties at the waist. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-21" and the skirt measures: Waist-30" and the length is 28". It is new with tags and was sold at JC Penny for $44. Very nice piece. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
