Aritizia New Command Pants

Purchased off Poshmark - never worn they don’t fit I have another pair of Aritizia Command pants in a different color, got these thinking they were the same... they're not. They don’t fit even though the other size 4 fits perfect. Might be better for a size 2 person. More of a patent leather than a matte. Just trying to make my money back.
