Black top with beaded empire waist, shear layers beneath beading. Rhinestone detail at shoulders- see picture. Never worn. Measures 14 1/2" from shoulder to wear shear layers begin. 163/4" from under arm to under arm. 15 1/4 across the front where beading band is located.
