d2thriftythread How does it fit - true to size or on the small/large side? I never know if I need a M or a L since sizes are always to off. I'm a 36C with a 30" waist. Also, how long is it? I'm short (5'3") and some dresses are just too long on me and site at a weird place at my knee. Thanks! :)
