UK size 5 is on the tag. The other information is worn away, but this is a US size 8 boot, EU 38 boot. I unfortunately thought this was a EU size 28, and had these listed as a size 7. My apologies! Looking at the tag that is worn away, there is the number 38. I have added the photo of this. Please note these boots slide on, there is no zipper on any part of them. Genuine leather. Soles are excellent and show very minimal wear. My guess is they have been in storage and had not been polished regularly.
