Ariat R.E.A.L Perfect Rise Boot Jeans in size 31 short. Excellent preowned condition. I only wore these a handful of times. No holes, stains or tears. Zipper and button works great. 2 back pockets are in tact and 2 front pockets. No fraying on bottoms of pant legs and no wear on inside of pants legs. They do have a little stretch to them. They are comfortable I just bought the wrong size to fit comfortably for myself. Body- 86% cotton, 12% polyester and 2% spandex
