Arden B strapless sequin dress

New! Just without tags. Bought this for a school homecoming but never went. I couldn’t part with it for the longest time but I have no more use for it. Pretty purple and blue definitely design, almost in a zebra print. Gathered at the chest area, almost like a twist in the fabric.
