I bought some used petite 12-14 (L) arctix womens snow pants. they have a 29 inch inseam which was the right length but too tight worn over my jeans. Are you sure these are 30? I'm thinking maybe the bib would be looser around the waist, but still maybe too tight in the legs since my jeans are the same size maybe I'm supposed to wear XL for snow pants.
