criss_11 @alig1287 Great! Thank you for such a quick response. I have tried the same bag (just a different color and maybe year?). it was a medium and fit. I did research on the "Reg" part of the sizing and that should also fit. But I see the listing says men's and I've just had a hard time finding a good fit in a pack so I wanted to check. I'm 5'6 and 140ish lbs if that's helpful.

alig1287 @criss_11 this is my husband’s pack he originally bought to climb Mt. Rainier, but ended up taking a smaller pack because they didn’t stop at camp Muir. This pack is a men’s, he’s 5’8” and was about 175-180 lbs. I know if you go to REI they can help properly fit you for a pack and give you a better idea of what would work for you. Hope that is helpful for you 😊
