Arc & company vintage black mini dress size large (Very Rare Find)

Mini dress, party, goth, vintage, cocktail, low Ruffled neckline with a row of buttons up front, along with a tied bow at the bust and another tied bow at the back of dress. It has a slight stretch in it for a nice fit. Pictures show the measurements are 34"around waist and 34" from shoulder to bottom.
