delou23 @tis4tammymommy Hello! The sleeves are just in between 3/4 and full. (enough to cuff the sleeve of the shirt you wear under it.) The sleeves are 16 inches. And the length of the sweater from shoulder to bottom is 22 inches. Hope this helps!
