Handmade in Ireland. I believe it's vintage, but not 100% sure. No size tag and I don't think it's ever been worn. The buttons were very hard to push through holes so I didn't button. I think the holes need to be broken in or cut a little larger. Absolutely gorgeous knitting and the buttons are amazing!
