The layer of plastic creates a built-in water tray that allows just the right amount of water to remain in the liner, giving the soil and roots time to absorb all the moisture and nutrients. Since the layer of plastic only goes two-thirds up the sides of liner, there is natural air circulation around the plant’s root system, promoting healthy growth. Made from renewable fibers and coated with natural latex, the plastic is made from 100% post-consumer PE plastic and naturally pest and fungi resistant.
