Aqua, Green & Periwinkle Dress with an empire-esque bodice with light ruching and flowy skirt. The fabric is stretchy and smooth. The sleeves just slightly over hang the shoulder…almost sleeveless but not quite. This dress is flattering and easy to wear. The bodice is lined for stability but the skirt is not. 39.5” shoulder to hem 17.25” pit to pit
