Super pretty dress! Fair condition. Definitely needs a cleaning & some TLC. Has some discoloration/stains that haven’t been treated. Some ruffles need repaired, & the tie in the back needs to be replaced. Ribbon would work! I found out the hard way on this one that my cat loves chewing formal dresses!
