Apt 9 size 12 flowy floral skirt from mid 2000’s

Apt 9 size 12 flowy floral skirt from mid 2000’s. I have worn this flowy skirt for probably the last 15 years when I’ve gone up and weight and when I’ve got down and weight. When I go up and wait, it just sits kind of mid waist and I tuck in a shirt when I go down and wait it just sits lower - Works either way!
