Apt 9 dressy tank XL

Terrific dressy tank style blouse. Wear it alone, under a jacket, out to dinner or to the office. Front is satin (and hence, hard to photograph!) it is a nice medium blue with black, white, navy, sky and yellow in the modern design. The back is a solid medium blue stretchy, soft, knit. Really pops a white outfit!
