Apt. 9 black skirt size 6

Super cute like new Apt. 9 skirt size 6. Its black and had velvet detail throughout the skirt and at the bottom it also has more black velvet. It also has a thin piece of tulle at the bottom as well ( see second picture for details). Has a side zipper. Last picture shows a tiny stain which I'm sure can come out. This is perfect for any holiday parties coming up! Comes from pet/smoke free home. No rips or holes.
