Apt. 9 Shimmer Tank Top sleeveless blouse. Front fabric is glitter gun metal and chiffon bottom. The back is soft cotton fabric. The length is long so it can be worn as a dress if you are shorter. I'm 5'7 and pair it with faux leather leggings and heels. Excellent like new.
