Color is closer to my photos than stock. Apt 9 Pleated a-line dress NWT Size 12 Color of sheer overlay fades from white to blue/white design. Has white slip beneath Reg price $60 Note from comments: Neckline to shortest point of hem is 32", to longest is 39". Difficult to measure from strap as it is a tie neck and adjustable. The way it is tied now, add 2.5" to length. Armpit to armpit is 19". Can't really measure waist as the slip underneath is stretchy (19" at rest) and the outer shell is pleated so the material opens to about 34"
