Apt 9 Lightweight Black and White Belted Dress

This is a very cute dress. Perfect for brunch or the office! Lightweight, so it’s great for the warmer weather. But in the winter you can pair it with tights, boots and a cute jacket! I’m five foot eight and it falls a couple inches above the knee. Comes from a smoke free home.
