Apt 9 Halter Style Dress or Swim Cover Up XS. I feel the colors are Blue and Green Tones but you might see them differently. Colors may be off in pictures because of lighting. This has been used and shows all over wear including loose stitches, pilling, and sunscreen stains(mostly on ties) but has some life left in it. I wore this as a swim cover up and felt it was perfect for that but I think it was considered a dress when I purchased it years ago. Measurements are approximate.
