Apt 9 Blouse

Apt. 9 Blouse black with brown and grey stripe v neck with collar. The front knots in the middle and is slit below that. The back has elastic at the waist. I love this blouse and am only selling because it doesn't fit any more anymore. Check out my other listing for matching pants!
