Apt. 9 Black and White Striped Sleeveless Dress Tie String Waist Size Large

Black and white sleeveless dress by Apt. 9. This dress has a round neckline that opens to a v-neck in front. A zipper extends from the v-neck down the front top. The front has two open pockets on the chest and two pockets on the hips. There is an elastic band and tie string at the waistline. The dress length is just below the knees, but see the measurements below. It is pre-owned and has some very fine snags or runs; below the front left pocket, top left front of skirt, bottom front of skirt, back right shoulder. (see close up photos as they are very difficult to see from afar) Size LARGE. It is made of 100% polyester Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, cool iron. Measurements: 38" long, shoulder seam by neckline to front bottom 21" wide, armpit seam to armpit seam 15" wide, at elastic waistband (will adjust because of elastic and tie string) 23" wide, side seam to side seam, 8" below top of waistband
