April Cornell Skirt

This is one of my favorite childhood dresses from April Cornell turned into an a-line skirt. A beautiful print with rich blue and red colors, with deep blue velvet details. Buttons up all along the front. Waist is 13.5” and length is 25”. Would best fit a size 26-27.
