FOUND IT! I had misplaced it! Great used iWatch Series 3 (GPS +cellular) aluminum in working order comes in original box, band as shown, but no charger. A few small scratches on face. Chargers can be purchased anywhere including Poshmark.

purseluver @hornefamily22 from Apple website: You don't need a cellular plan, and Watch will provide all functions—except cellular access—when operating without a plan. Watch will be able to initiate and answer calls via the iPhone, when within Bluetooth range of the paired iPhone, too.
