This iPad is a used item and sold AS IS. It was my personal use (one adult) iPad. It has NOT been Refurbished. I have erased and reset it to the original Apple settings, and it is ready for new user set-up. Includes: iPad with the cover shown in pictures and one used Lightning to standard USB power cord. At the time of this listing the iPad was working fine, with the following known issues: 1. The touch screen has intermittent tracking issues. Cleaning the screen and turning it all the way off and restarting seems to help. 2. The battery performance is limited, so I typically used it plugged in. 3. The “Up” volume button on the side does NOT work. Volume can be controlled Up/Down from the control screen. ALL iPad Air 2’s are only capable of being updated to iOS 15. They do not meet the hardware requirements for any iOS updates after 15. iPad Air 2’s still receive essential security updates from Apple. Note: Many newer APPs require iOS versions greater than 15.
