twinzees4life @rbjimoh The data plan with T-Mobile/Sprint has been canceled and fully factory has been completed. It was bought through Sprint/T-Mobile. I have not used it with another carrier so I dont know. Obviously, it works irregardless in WiFi mode. Sorry if this does not answer your questions.

ajj0513 Hi! If you bought it through sprint, you should be able to call them and have them unlock it. It won’t work if it’s not unlocked :) you think you’ll be able to do that?

twinzees4life @ajj0513 It will work in WiFi mode irregardless and I have canceled my service plan. I can call Sprint/T-Mobile to unlock it. Once I do, I will put in the description section. I would not want to misinform anyone.
