pbabb Hello, thank you for the watch. However, I will need you to please remove the Activation Lock on the Apple Watch. You will need to unpair the watch from your iPhone and remove the activation lock using your Apple ID and password.

pbabb @jennifert1771 on her phone she needs to open up the “Watch” app. Then, from there select the “all watches” button on the top of the screen. Then tap the letter “i” to the right of the logo and select “unpair watch”.

pbabb It only takes a few seconds to do. Please have her follow those basic steps above, or watch a YouTube video to guide her. Otherwise I might need to return the watch.
