shy1922 Was this your watch? Just seeing if it work def well for the couple of times. Also, is it linked to a carrier? Like Verizon or AT&T?

sperez6236 @shy1922 hello, thanks for asking. Yes, this is my watch. The watch is linked to AT&T. It is no longer linked to my account anymore as I bought another watch and reset this one to factory settings

shy1922 @sperez6236 do you know, or I wish I knew, if it can be used with a phone that is Verizon. Like after it’s factory reset, maybe I’ll try and do a little research.

sperez6236 @shy1922 hello, I searched on Google and many results show that you are able to switch the carrier. The carrier in the watch ultimately depends on the carrier of the phone of which it is connected to. The Apple site had a few steps on how to do it

shy1922 I’m not sure what to do, the watch won’t hold a charge, sinked it, and have had it on for an hour for a walk and it’s already at 50 percent:( my old series 3 would hold a charge all night and day til 8pm, with plenty of activity:(

sperez6236 @shy1922 I’m not sure why you’re having issues with the watch. It worked just fine when I would use it and it would last me all day

sperez6236 @shy1922 you also received the watch yesterday afternoon so I don’t think you’re able to even give it a full charge, or see if it can hold a charge just a couple of hours after receiving it

shy1922 @sperez6236 I was able to give it a full charge right out of the box right after receiving it :) ! It has been working great. I’m wondering if initially, it had to do with my workout outside, as it was 10 degrees out? So it was prob working overtime. After that, it has worked just fine. So thank you ;)
