Apolis Global Citizen Pullover 1/2 Button Jacket

Excellent pre-loved condition. I think this may be a waxed cotton jacket which in the pics left some chalky marks. but they look worse in the photo than in person. Not sure why. Size Large. Chest flat is 23" Length is 25"
