From France. I’ve seen these listed for $130 on other sites. I have looked this over and I cannot find any chips. Does have slight signs of use with stains on bottom and some on sides and rims see all pictures. Some natural imperfections. Light scratches not deep. Please keep in mind I look my items over well but there is also a possibility I could miss something small.
