@baloghmj hello! I will double check by this weekend (currently traveling). My recollection is that they’re quite resistant; I don’t recall the mm but will see if I can find it.

There's no information on the tags, however I found a similar women's lined Aperture snow pant that is listed as 10k Waterproof rating "10,000 mm: Moderate moisture resistance, best for light rain or moderate snowfall in dry cool climates." I spent a lot of time on my bum while learning to ride and it stayed dry until quite late in the day. Selling as they no longer fit. I'm happy to answer any other questions!
