Great Condition As creative director and senior designer for Antonio Melani, I was challenged to grow not only as a designer but also to become the resident problem solver for all things relating to the brand. I worked with fabric vendors to create new and exciting textures and patterns, corresponded with factories to manage timing and garment production, liaised with sales to work on pricing, kept abreast of fashion trends in both styling and color, and managed a team of five designers.
